The Sagadahoc History & Genealogy Room is located on the second floor of the north wing of the library. It is handicap accessible. Major funding for the Sagadahoc History & Genealogy Room is provided by the Bath Historical Society. Additional funding is given by Sagadahoc Preservation, Inc., and through patron donations and bequests.
Patten Free Library is proud to offer to its patrons the resources of the Sagadahoc History & Genealogy Room. The focus of this research facility is on the communities within Sagadahoc County, although general guides for New England and beyond are available.
